Early to rise at 6 am
Do Yoga 30 minutes or walk 30 minutes during 6-7am
Have King break fast before 9am
Office snack with juice/ tea at 1100am
Queen lunch during 1-2pm
Evening snack at 4-5 pm,
Slave dinner at 8-9 pm
Take a media listen/ view/ read during 9-10 pm
Early to bed by 10 pm; Note: Go for work remaining time during 6 – 10pm
